We booked Dan and his band for our wedding in August, and we are so glad we did! They were all amazing and kept the party going all night. Dan performed an acoustic set after the wedding breakfast whilst the band were setting up, and it was the perfect way to transition guests from evening to night. Dan and his band also learnt our first dance song, and lots of other requests sent through ahead of the day. Communication was brilliant! The set list was great, but they also listened to requests and engaged with the audience, letting us have a go on the mic. I honestly can’t recommend them enough. They made our evening do so memorable, and we had so many comments from guests about how brilliant they were. Thank you guys!

Can we hear you before booking?
Yes. The videos on the site are the best place to start because they give you a real sense of the performance in an actual wedding setting. If you’re getting married in Yorkshire and you have any questions after watching, send me your date and venue, and I’ll help you figure out what works best for your day.
How far in advance should we book?
If live wedding music is a priority, booking early is always the right move. Popular Yorkshire wedding dates fill up fast, particularly through peak season. If your date is closer than you’d like, it’s still worth reaching out, as I may well have availability for your day.
Can you perform outside as my acoustic wedding singer?
Outdoor wedding performances work really well, as long as the conditions are suitable. For Yorkshire weddings, we always recommend having a gazebo or sheltered area available if the forecast looks uncertain, so both the performance and equipment stay fully protected. We’ll also need a reasonable space to set up and nearby power sockets for the sound equipment.
Do you bring your own equipment and does it require any special electrics?
Absolutely. We bring a professional sound setup suited to weddings of all sizes, and we’ll let your Yorkshire venue know exactly what’s needed well in advance so everything runs smoothly. All equipment is supplied by us, and everything is fully insured and PAT tested. Most venues simply need standard power, and they may request our insurance certificate once you’ve booked. We’re happy to liaise with the venue directly or pass the documents to you to forward on.
What’s the minimum and maximum time we can hire you for?
Bookings are available for 2 x 45-minute sets or 2 x 60-minute sets. We can also put together daytime and evening packages, depending on what your day requires. If you’d like us to handle the DJ-style music between sets and after we finish, we can factor that in too.
How would you describe your wedding singing style?
Our wedding singing style is varied and guest-friendly, with a mix of songs that work across all ages. Weddings usually have everyone from grandparents to grandkids, so we read the room and tailor the music to the crowd in front of us, keeping the atmosphere relaxed early on and lifting the energy when it’s time to celebrate.
Can you learn our first dance or ceremony song?
In many cases, yes. Given enough notice, I can learn a song that means something to you and translates well as an acoustic performance at your Yorkshire wedding. If the request works better as the original recording, I’ll be upfront about that and suggest a great alternative that still captures the moment perfectly.

What information do you need from us, and how does everything work on the day?
Get in touch, and we’ll ask for your wedding date, venue, and which parts of the day you’d like covered (ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast, evening). From there, we’ll check availability, walk you through the options and pricing, and once you’re ready, you can secure the booking. Written confirmation follows, so you know exactly what’s been agreed.
Before the wedding, we’ll lock in the rough schedule, set up requirements, and discuss any details specific to your Yorkshire venue. If it helps to talk things through, we’re happy to jump on a call and cover timings, equipment, set-up and any special requests.
On the day we arrive and set up our own professional sound equipment. Everything is fully insured and PAT tested. Yorkshire venues often request proof of insurance, and we’re happy to send that directly to them or pass it through you. Typically, all we need is a decent space to set up and access to a power supply. If your venue has any sound restrictions or house rules, let us know beforehand, and we’ll work around them.
Outdoor wedding performances are absolutely fine in the right conditions, providing the setup is sheltered from rain and wind, and there’s a reliable power source nearby. We’ll go through all the practical details with you and the venue ahead of the day.
Weddings don’t always stick to the clock, so if speeches overrun or timings move around, we can usually adjust on the day to keep everything running smoothly.
