We also offer daytime and evening wedding entertainment options if you want music across more than one part of the wedding. If you’d like background DJ-style music between sets and after the live performance, that can be included as well.

Once you get in touch, we’ll start by asking for the key details such as your wedding date, venue and which parts of the day you’d like music for, whether that is the ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast or evening celebration. We’ll then confirm whether we’re available, talk you through the best-fit options and prices, and if you decide to go ahead, the booking can be secured with everything confirmed clearly in writing.
In the lead-up to the wedding, we’ll go over the running order, set-up needs, and anything important your venue has asked for. If you want to chat things through properly before the day, we’re always happy to arrange a call and cover timings, logistics, equipment and any personal touches you want included.
On the day itself, we arrive with our own professional sound system and handle the set-up for you. All equipment is fully insured and PAT tested, and if your venue needs paperwork such as insurance documents, we can send that over directly or through you. In most cases, we simply need enough room to perform comfortably and access to a standard power supply. If the venue has any sound limits or house rules, just let us know beforehand, and we’ll plan around them.
Outdoor performances can absolutely work too, as long as the performance area is sheltered from wet weather and strong winds, with safe access to electricity. We’ll make sure the practical side is covered with you ahead of time.
Wedding days do not always run exactly to schedule, so if timings move slightly, speeches overrun, or things shift on the day, we can usually adapt where needed to help everything stay calm, smooth and enjoyable.
