They give you a much better sense of the atmosphere than a short description ever could. How far in advance should we book?
The earlier you enquire, the better, especially if you already know live music is an important part of your wedding plans. Liverpool dates can be snapped up well ahead of time, particularly for summer weekends and the busiest points of the wedding season. That said, it’s always worth asking, even if your wedding isn’t far away. If I’m free on your date, I’ll let you know and help you see what could fit.
Can you perform outside as my acoustic wedding singer?
Yes, outdoor performances are absolutely possible when the conditions are right. For Liverpool weddings, the main thing is making sure there’s proper cover in place if the weather looks changeable, so both the equipment and the performance area are protected. We’ll also need a practical space to set up safely, along with access to power close by for the sound system.
Do you bring your own equipment and does it require any special electrics?
Everything needed for the performance is provided, including a professional sound system designed specifically for weddings. For Liverpool venues, we’ll outline exactly what’s required in advance so everything runs smoothly on the day. All equipment is fully insured and PAT tested, and in most cases, only a standard power supply is needed. If your venue requires documentation, we can send over insurance details or speak with them directly to make sure everything is in place ahead of time.
What’s the minimum and maximum time we can hire you for?
Most bookings are built around either 2 x 45-minute sets or 2 x 60-minute sets, depending on the part of the day you want music for and how you’d like it paced. For Liverpool weddings, that can be kept to a straightforward daytime or evening booking, or combined into a wider package that covers more of the celebration. If you want the music to continue between live sets and once the performance ends, DJ-style playback can be added as part of the package, too.

Our wedding singing style is varied and guest-friendly, with a mix of songs that work across all ages. Weddings usually have everyone from grandparents to grandkids, so we read the room and tailor the music to the crowd in front of us, keeping the atmosphere relaxed early on and lifting the energy when it’s time to celebrate.

In many cases, yes. If you have a song that means something to you, I can usually adapt it into an acoustic version, provided there’s enough time before your Liverpool wedding. Occasionally, some tracks don’t lend themselves naturally to a stripped-back performance, and in those situations, I’ll guide you towards an option that captures the same mood while working better live.
Can you help me choose the music for our first dance or father-daughter dance?
Absolutely. If you’re including evening wedding entertainment, I can perform your first dance and/or father-daughter dance live as part of the night. If you’re still deciding, just share a few songs you like and the kind of feel you’re going for, and I’ll help narrow it down to something that suits the moment and translates perfectly in a live setting.
What information do you need from us, and how does everything work on the day?
The starting point is simple. When you get in touch, I’ll usually need your Liverpool wedding date, your venue, and an idea of where you’d like live music to fit into the day. That might be just the ceremony, just the drinks reception, or a package covering several parts from daytime through to the evening. Once I have that, I can let you know if the date is free, talk you through the best options, and send over clear pricing so you know exactly what you’re choosing.
Before the wedding, we’ll go over the important details properly. That includes timings, where the performance will happen, how the setup needs to work in the space, and anything specific your venue has asked for. If there are special songs, key moments or practical questions you want to cover, we can sort all of that in advance so nothing feels unclear.
On the wedding day itself, I bring and set up the equipment needed for the performance, so you’re not left trying to organise the technical side. Everything is insured and PAT tested, and if your Liverpool venue wants the paperwork beforehand, that can be sent across directly. In most cases, all that’s needed is enough room to perform and access to a standard power source nearby.
If any part of the music is planned for outside, that can often work well, but the setup does need to be protected from bad weather and placed somewhere safe and practical.
