How long have you been doing the Ed Sheeran tribute?
I first launched my Ed Sheeran tribute act in 2015. Over nearly a decade, I’ve dedicated myself to mastering Ed’s sound, style, and live performance energy. Since then, I’ve performed hundreds of shows — from intimate acoustic evenings and private events to sold-out theatres, cruise ships, and festivals. Every performance is crafted to capture the magic of Ed Sheeran’s live shows, from his heartfelt ballads to his high-energy anthems.
Why Ed Sheeran?
While performing on the pub circuit, I quickly noticed something special happening. Crowds kept requesting Ed Sheeran songs — not just once or twice, but every night. People would often come up to me after a set and say, “You sound just like Ed!” At first, I thought it was just a coincidence. But as the comments and requests grew, I realised there was a genuine connection between my voice and Ed’s unique sound. My Ed Sheeran tribute show captures the heart, energy, and authenticity that fans expect — whether it’s an intimate acoustic set, wedding entertainment, a corporate event, or a major venue.
How long did it take you to learn the loop pedal?
I first discovered the loop pedal when I watched Ed Sheeran perform “Bloodstream” at the 2015 Brit Awards. That performance was a real turning point for me. Until that moment, I had no idea what a loop pedal even was.
Inspired by what I saw, I went out and bought my first loop pedal the very next week. It felt like a whole new instrument, but I picked it up quickly. Within a few months, I was confidently building full live tracks, layering guitar, vocals, and beats right in front of the audience.
Today, the loop pedal is a huge part of my Ed Sheeran Tribute shows. It allows me to recreate the energy, creativity, and authenticity of Ed’s live performances, just like he does on stage.

How long does it take to learn an ed sheeran song?
Learning a new Ed Sheeran song usually takes around 10 to 14 days for a standard track. As I’m committed to capturing every detail, from the melody to the unique style Ed is famous for. Some songs, especially ones with Ed’s signature fast raps, can take 2 to 4 months to fully master. These tracks need extra time to perfect the flow, timing, and energy that fans expect.
What is your favourite Ed Sheeran song to perform?
I love performing Castle on The Hill – it’s a great opening song to the set as it’s such a feel good, well known, song. ‘Bloodstream’ and ‘I’m a Mess’ are also my favourites on the loop pedal as they both build and build towards the end. Overpass Graffiti and Celestial are songs i love performing with the band.
